IS MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURE? Yes! Credit card payments are managed by Stripe, a global company that is one of the most well respected and secure online credit card processors used by businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Your card information is not shared with anyone.
HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY CLASS VIA ZOOM? Once enrolled, you will receive a Zoom link to the class via a separate email. This will be sent one week prior to the start of the course. The Zoom link for each session of the course is always the same. A reminder for each class is sent out 24 hours ahead and includes the Zoom link in case you need it. Just click the link and it will take you directly to the class on Zoom. It’s best to log into Zoom a little bit early so you’re ready to go when the room opens and class begins.
HOW DO I GET A RECORDING OF A CLASS I MISSED? Recordings are posted 24 hours after each class. You will receive an email with a link to the video recording. Recordings are removed 2 weeks following the end of each course.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT? Enrollment can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to the start of each course. Once the course begins, enrollment cannot be canceled.
IS MY ENROLLMENT FEE TAX DEDUCTIBLE? Songbook Station is not a non-profit organization, so your enrollment fee will not ordinarily be tax deductible. If you are a performing arts professional or educator, we advise that you check with your tax professional to see if some of your enrollment fee can be considered a tax deductible expense.
